ETQAAN Authority Launches an Intensive Training Program for Financial Administration Staff of the Ministry of Finance’s Electronic Financial Systems as Part of Digital Transformation Efforts

           As part of the Egyptian TVET Quality Assurance and Accreditation Authority (ETQAAN)’s commitment, under the leadership of Prof. Dr Mohamed Mousa Emarah, to enhance staff capacity and developing financial and administrative performance in line with the latest digital systems, ETQAAN Authority launched a specialized training program at its headquarters for Financial Administration staff of the Ministry of Finance’s Electronic Financial Affairs System. The three-week program was delivered by a group of specialized experts and trainers from the Ministry of Finance’s accounting units, ensuring the transfer of practical expertise and up-to-date technical knowledge to the Authority’s Financial Administration staff.

T        he program was organized as part of efforts to support Egypt’s digital transformation and the development of the government work system, reflecting ETQAAN Authority’s commitment to build staff capacities and prepare them to work effectively with modern electronic financial systems. Investment in human resources is a key pillar for enhancing institutional performance, as such training programs contribute to improve the efficiency of financial work and promote the principles of discipline, governance, and transparency, thereby positively contributing to the quality of services provided by the Authority.
