- Registrations may be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the program start date.
- Cancellations, transfers, or registration changes are not permitted less than 24 hours before the program start date.
- Registrations may be transferred to another course if the request is submitted at least 24 hours before the program start date, subject to program availability.
- If ETQAAN Authority cancels a program or postpones its scheduled start date, participants will be entitled to either:
- Receive a full refund, or
- Transfer their registration to another course.
