ETQAAN Authority Conducts Practical Training for Members of the Central Unit and Sub-Units for Improving and Assuring the Quality of Technical Education (CEQAT) on Registration and Electronic Submission of Accreditation Applications
Authority, under the leadership of Prof. Dr Mohamed Mousa Emarah, organized a practical training workshop for members of the Central Unit and Sub-Units for Improving and Assuring the Quality of Technical Education (CEQAT) and the Central Quality Team of the Applied Technology Schools Operation and Management Unit; as part of the implementation of the cooperation protocol between (ETQAAN) Authority and the Ministry of Education and Technical Education.
The workshop provided practical training on using the electronic accreditation platform, including registration, submitting accreditation applications, and uploading application files for the accreditation of technical and technological education institutions and programs. This contributes to standardize work procedures and enhancing efficiency in handling the electronic accreditation application process. The workshop was held on Wednesday, 12 August 2026, at the ETQAAN’s headquarters.
Dr Mohamed Emarah, Chairman of ETQAAN Authority, affirmed that organizing the workshop reflects ETQAAN’s commitment to support personnel working at the quality assurance system for technical and technological education, enhancing the readiness of the Central Unit and Sub-Units, as well as the Central Quality Team of the Applied Technology Schools Operation and Management Unit, to efficiently handle the requirements and procedures for applying for accreditation in accordance with the approved national standards.
He also noted that practical training on the use of the electronic accreditation platform represents an important step towards facilitating the electronic submission and management of accreditation applications and files.
