| Law No. 160 of 2022 for establishing the Egyptian TVET for Quality Assurance and Accreditation Authority (ETQAAN) In the Name of the People The President of the Republic The House of Representatives has approved the following Law, which we hereby promulgate: Article (1) The provisions of the attached Law shall apply to all public and private institutions of technical and technological education and vocational training, of all types. Any provision that contradicts the provisions of this Law shall be repealed. Article (2) The Prime Minister shall issue the Executive Regulation of the attached Law within six months from the date of its entry into force. Article (3) This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the day following the date of its publication. This Law shall be sealed with the State Seal and shall be enforced as one of the State’s laws. Issued at the Presidency of the Republic on 15 Rabi’ Al-Awal 1444 AH Abdel Fattah El-Sisi |
